"Literally, absolutely nobody went into the pool at all and it was spring break like that’s a fantastic time to swim so there must of been something wrong. With the house keeping they don’t mop behind the toilet and they will hardly clean your room they do the bare minimum with the stay overs. My experience here was terrible and when I brought up a complain to the owner/manager he completely ignored and refused to do anything about the problems. Not to mention they have no smoke detectors in any...

"Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!"

"Overall clean. However, upon entering room it did smell like wet dog. We bought Lysol and it was able to help the smell.
Beds were clean, restrooms clean.. until the next day a large sized roach was found lingering in our bathroom. That kind of made our stay less pleasant.
Otherwise, it was a decent stay.
Minus the cucharacha"

"Great location. Wonderful staff. Needs a bit of updating but they will get there! Great place for families with older kids. We could let teens kids go to beach and we could still them. pool overlooking the beach. All the staff we meet were very nice and helpful. This was our first time there but we will come back"

"The staff was amazing! We had a little hiccup with reservations but they were able help me! The property was clean but the rooms need a little update. The handle was broken in the bathroom, the lamp has rust on it and what looked to me stains. The lobby was very clean and smelled good! Over all I would stay again 50 times over. "

"Beds were so comfy, breakfast had many options and the rooms were quiet. I didn't hear anyone in the halls or above me. Once in the restroom I heard the person directly next to me talking a little. The A/C fan ran continuously so I didn't need to bring mine. Great location near many foods options and fun. "
