"The house and rooms are gorgeously appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the property is very conveniently located. The owners are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and they cook up the best breakfasts and baked goods, which are available 24/7."

"the place was awesome and so beautiful, the staff was helpful and the location is in a great spot,"

"Beautifully Remodeled, Clean, and Comfortable! The Derby Inn has been beautifully updated! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the large televisions are a nice touch. We also appreciated the secure gated parking, convenient keyless entry, and thoughtful extras like complimentary snacks, bottled water, and coffee. There is no traditional staffed front desk, but the keyless entry makes coming and going convenient. The only area that could use some improvement...

"Es un hotel muy characteristics del area. Desafortunadamente había habido una tormenta que dejo sin Luz a toda el area. Sinembargo el receptionista lido muy bien con la situation. No hay estacionamiento, sino Valet que vale $30 "
