"We recently stayed at Greg's condo, after our AC stopped working in the middle of the summer, and had to be replaced. The host was extremely accommodating on short notice over the weekend. The view of the downtown village center in Haile Plantation was great, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and farmers market on Saturday. This is a great place if you are new to visiting Gainesville, or needed a breath of fresh air like us. Would highly recommend."

"It was very quite and peaceful; I look forward to returning and can highly recommend this property. Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!)
Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage.
The entire house was very clean!!!"

"The townhouse is located close to everything, had plenty of space for our family of three, and was pet friendly! Although the Gators lost regionals, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone coming to Gainesville and needing a great place to stay!"
