"I reserved this property due to its supposed vicinity to the Milano Centrale train station. Supposed because in reality the property is in another town, outside Milan.
I came to check into the property at 9pm following the map shown on VRBO property profile, which clearly shows a couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale.
But surprisingly it is not there.
The owner didn't respond when asked for a refund and said he could not find anybody at VRBO customer service due to the late hour of the...

"The property was within 20-30 minutes walk from the airport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with any requests. The room was very clean and had a small kitchen which was very useful. We had to leave early so didn't have a chance to try the breakfast."

"The property is nice. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous. "Appartamento in zona tranquilla,vicino a Leolandia e al Parco Natura le Cornelle,pulitissimo,moderno,attrezzato e straprofumato. Nadia e suo marito,persone gentilissime e disponibili..rare al giorno d'oggi..è stato un vero piacere soggiornare anche se solo per una notte.
Lo consiglio vivamente anche per chi come noi ha dei bimbi piccoli.
