Located on the 1st floor of a residence with lift, this 18 m² studio includes :
- a living room with sofa bed,
- an alcove with a bunk bed,
- a terrace for enjoying the outdoors,
- a fully-equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- bathroom with bathtub,
- hairdryer, ironing facilities, fan,
- TV, WiFi.
An outdoor shower is also available, allowing you to rinse off the sand before heading inside.

## Neighborhood

You will be in the heart of a residential area just a few steps away from Pereire beach and the Chapelle Croix des Marins pier. The town centre is a twenty-minute walk away, so do not hesitate to sample the produce at the market or head for the Thiers pier, from where shuttle boats leave for Cap Ferret as well as excursions to the Ile aux Oiseaux.

Arcachon train station → 25 minutes by foot or public transport, 10 minutes by car
Bordeaux airport → 1h by car or 1h40 by public transport
