"The barn door on the bathroom is very poor design. It offers no privacy to the user of the bathroom as everything going on in the bathroom is clearly audible to anyone outside of the bathroom. And vice versa. Seems like form over function. Everything else was very nice."

"Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson...

However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction."
