Rooms were nice size. The amenities were unavailable. Your main hotel necessitates was no where found rooms.Hotel seemed to be under construction under construction. We had a lot of family stay and was all separated from each other.

Whole property smelled like smoke. Walking out the entrance there’s employees smoking all the time, didn’t eat the breakfast because it was like non existent. Pillows are flat folded it three times and still flat. Only good thing was the AC and space of the room

I booked this hotel because the room had a kitchen, there where nothing to cook with dishes that were there were dirty, so we ended up having to eat out when I had budgeted for grocery shopping and cooking meals at the hotel , the first morning there was no breakfast and the other two mornings the breakfast was nothing to write home about some scrambled eggs sausage and OJ coffee but no flavored creamer no fruits or cereals no yogurt no other options like other hotels and then the biggest thing that almost ruined the whole trip was that I booked because the hotel was suppose to have a pool but it was out of order the whole time and the owner lied upon check in promising it would be open the next day

Room was dirty with no toiletries. The desk person and his father smoked outside the entrances. Breakfast was awful. Front desk said before booking they provide pots and pens but after booking there was nothing in the kitchen inspite of repeated request One day breakfast was closed. The pictures for suite are deceiving

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable but the room and everything inside of it was filthy. Like I wiped the floor with a washcloth because I got it wet, I didn't want wet socks later... The cloth was disgusting dirty. Turned black dirty ...That floor hadn't been mopped in at least a month. Saw roaches, and everything including TV's, lights and fire detectors were defective. I really wanted to like this place but when I told the staff about my stay their response was " They don't eat much" talking about the roaches, and then blamed the pest control.

I booked with Expedia a week prior to check in arrived to property with a surprise $200 deposit and then for them to charge me for the room again($400) which total was not told to me before running my card he just handed me 2 different receipt when I stated I payed online “manager “ proceeded to tell me that Expedia didn’t send a payment through I tried showing the receipt he refused to look then to tell me it said I was paying with Cash which was false I already payed online told me I was to call Expedia so they could refund me instead of the hotel for double charging me also told me multiple time that it’s happened 3 to 4 times within a week with other guest the room looked ok until you looked lining was dirty on bed flat pillows bed felt like sleeping on a box spring shower head sprays the ceiling air in the main room did not work also we tried cooking oven it set off a alarm that wouldn’t shut off till some women ran over and bang on the door to see If we where smoking in the room which I let her in so she could see/smell we were just trying to make some food so they wouldn’t try to charge us for smoking also every time I stepped outside the manager was always there smoking and like he was security but it was uncomfortable like I couldn’t enjoy myself due to it felt I was being watched also this was the same “manager” who checked me in also NO POOL/Breakfast room only had 2 towels for 5 people also had a smell of wet dog manager also was a dog walker terrible place.

The first thing about this place it’s staff (general manager)are terrible except Hanna best person on the team they have Jon or John is a racist if you come in there and you look a mess, he will overcharge you on your deposit the pool will not be ready. It was supposed to be ready in two days. I booked for a week and it was still not ready. I’m still here after the week and the pool is still not ready. John just sit around and Shows guests other guests dirty rooms. talk about guest to other guests John is a Smoke alcoholic. He smokes every two seconds. He’s very disrespectful and rude to customers and staff. He always has dark humor jokes that he loves to tell guests John is very lazy. He calls himself a chef yet his food is disgusting and half / overcooked cooked the sausage that he cooks in the morning is either old sausage from days prior there is nothing ever fresh. They are always out of things. Everything is very unorganized one thing about the place though Hannah tries her best to keep the guest happy Hannah make sure that the guests are satisfied with their rooms. She also handles getting towels if we need it, she is very nice. She is very polite. She is very professionalJohn only hires drug addicts to work on the property. My oven literally has one bolt in it and I’ve asked John since day two about it also, and it has yet to be fixed if you are trying to book a room, he will simply ignore you and walk away like you don’t matter he makes it very hostile to even stay

As soon as I drove into the parking lot I knew I made a mistake, dumpsters overflowing, a foot of green, stagnant water in the closed pool and duct tape across the fridge in the “lobby.” To say the room was dated would be extremely kind. On my second night, my key wouldn’t work but luckily I caught the front desk person in the parking lot leaving for the night. I guess if I hadn’t caught him I would’ve had to sleep in the lobby?! When I checked out and asked for a receipt I was told their system was down but my $100 deposit would be returned the next day. Three days later I called back and was told it would be returned, it wasn’t. This week I called again and was told it would be taken care of - NOPE! My next three calls went to voicemail, so now I guess I have to dispute it with my credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room didn’t have any of the amenities listed. Heat and tv broken. No pots or pans for kitchen. The refrigerator had food in it. Staff was not helpful nd made excuses. It was a total or 25 people in our party and every room was missing everything. It was issues just to get towels. DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never seen a hotel in such poor condition. The AC controllers were either missing or hanging off the walls and not functional, the curtains over the AC had a few inches of black mold/mildew, the floors had paint splatters, the rooms smelled bad. The beds were not completely made. The couch cushions were on the floor. We were shown three different rooms and all of them were in terrible condition. The floors in the hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in ages. The area itself felt very unsafe. We arrived at 1am and there was a large group of men wandering around. I don't know how this place is passing inspections and is still in business.

Room was very dusty. Seems like they spot cleaned just enough for guest. Staff was very rude. Air conditioning was horrible 😫.

Arrived from a long drive at 2pm and asked if we could check in early. We were told No. Came back at 3 and no one was around. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. And the guy that did was not very nice. He was very rude, especially to the young lady he was training. Got to our room through the stench of marijuana and walked in to our room and into the kitchen. Something was spilled on the tile in the kitchen and was not cleaned up. The trash cans in the room had not been emptied from the previous visitors.went to sit on the couch and the cushions sink down into the fold out bed. Couldn’t sit on that. The other chair was damp and nasty. Had a decent looking pool but it was closed and didn’t get to swim. Was just so disappointed in everything that we left after one night even though I paid for two nights.

There was iron in the room. Before getting on the elevator, my husband and I almost fell due to a raised rubber bump at the entrance of the elevator. The police had to come address a situation with another customer who complain about bedbugs being in their room. The shampoo/ conditioner was used. The room didn't have No telephone in case of emergency. No housekeeping daily to getting linens. The hallway on the 3 floor smelled like smoke. The room smelled really bad, when first walking in... we can tell, the room was clean but the smell could have came from floors. The breakfast was terrible, there was no cereal/ milk, no waffle mix, the sausage was hal cooked, no muffins or toast, no juice. The trash dumpster was over loaded with trash from days and days. The person who worked the front desk was constantly smoking cigarettes, he was not at his post when needed. He was also condescending with his attitude or another way to express it sarcastic. We had to asked for the iron twice. The was no cooking utensils. The website on Expedia said, $50 deposit, when check in, it was $150... which is not worth it. The room is already ... I paid for a single bed but was given a two double bed. Overall the stay was convenient, but as I do know we pay for what we get if you style is Hilton or Marriott stick to what you know...

I prepaid for our room, nearly 300 dollars. We arrived and where informed of a surprise deposit fee of 150 dollars. The pool was closed, they say they offer breakfast yet they had no breakfast because "the truck didn't come" said management. They couldn't even offer us coffee because they had no coffee cups. They stated "they forgot to order cups". There was only one staff member who was pleasent and she was a house keeper. Our room had COCKROACHS. Most of the staff members were ALWAYS outside smoking cigarettes right next to the entrance and scrolling in their phones. We had 6 kids with us and we couldn't walk in or out without breathing in cigarette smoke and mind you one of our kids is only 3 month old. I will never again use Expedia or reserve a room at this location or any hotel with a name similar to this. They also where doing construction in another room so the hallway was filled with furniture and they thought it was a good idea to bang around after 10pm doing construction.

The property outside is pretty and in a nice neighborhood. The pool was not open. Not a big deal for us as we were going to Kings Island and they have the water park. The room was a huge disappointment. The floor was not swept and there were dead bugs on the kitchen floor. Sticky spots on the carpet. Broken TVs. No shade on one of the lamps. And the worst part... NO SOAP! For washing hands, the shower, or for the dishes. The Breakfast room only had 4 things: cereal, plain white toast (with no butter or jelly), scrambled eggs, and sausage links. Thats it. They had coffee no other drinks. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. You can tell its under new owners and they are trying but sadly its just not up to expectations. Stayed July 16th, 2026.

Property is beat, tattered, busted, dirty, unkempt. Broken doors made getting to your room difficult, breakfast area was filthy, everything needs paint. TV did not work, could not be fixed, coffee was terrible. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Steer clear

Do Not Stay! Don’t even risk it! No working pool, empty & under construction as was the whole property. Good luck getting through the hallways. Rooms were gritty dirty, icky foot prints in tub, leaky faucets spray all over countertop & what looked like mold in a lot of places! Floor was so bad we kept our shoes on. Furniture & appliances are dirty & broken, coffee pot was a he** no! Breakfast was to scary to eat & they couldn’t even provide coffee cups for coffee they made. Pulled an extra pillow from the closet & it stunk like men’s cologne so bad it couldn’t be used. SO much wrong with this place nothing but a complete demo will help. John at the front desk was great but the manager on site was not. He lied about being on site when Expedia called to talk with him, he was standing in front of us!

If you could take away stars, I would. They advertise a pool, be prepared- there is not. They advertise breakfast: be prepared to know it is cooked in a stockroom on a “Coleman” like stove next to mops, chemicals and consists of eggs and sausage. There is cereal, some, and some juice poured into a pitcher sitting open on the counter ( which is great because they have NO cups) There are waffles that you get from the traditional standard but don’t ask for a fork, napkin, cup, milk, bowl because they don’t have any. They literally don’t have any. When asking how this is possible you are just told “well the new owner is trying or the old owner, whatever excuse”. When getting there we checked into our room and needed bedding for the pullout- when asking for bedding and pillows, We got a sheet, but nothing else, not even a pillow because “ we don’t have any” . The mattress was black. The couch had cigarette burns all over it, the electric faceplates missing. We had 2 towels for 6 people and don’t ask for more, because you guessed it- they don’t have any. It was absolutely not what we paid for nor a place I would have stayed with 6 people- especially 3 kids. I mean if you want to just waste money for somewhere to lay your head then have at it, but it would have been nice to know any of this upfront. What is awful is not knowing any of this you are pretty much stuck once you get there and can’t get your money back and find out all this. It is such a trap

Not a great place to stay. The check in process was long. Be prepared for a $100 deposit. Property is below average. The room was clean but very dated. The carpet was dirty and there were burn marks on the desk. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property.

When we got there the manager was so rude and also rude to his own employees then we check in and went to the wrong building and as soon as you get by the front door of the property all you can smell coming out is weed and cigarettes then you go in and the hallways are absolutely disgusting never cleaned and you can tell cigarette butts everywhere bags of trash mattresses in the hallway just absolutely disgusting the smell made me want to vomit! Then we go in our room in the right building and the whole building smelled the same as the last and you have people sleeping in front of the building door you can clearly tell these people are on drugs absolutely unacceptable! We go in the room the room smelled like cigarettes and weed broken door knobs to the bedrooms holes in the walls bathroom was filthy I can’t even believe this hotel is even open it looks like a drug house we where stuck there and none of us could sleep went right back out to our car instead so sad the pictures are not true to what this nasty hotel is then they have a nerve to charge a 100 deposit when that place is the way it is! I wouldn’t ever recommend staying in this nasty hotel!!
