"Everything was subpar. Disgusting carpet. Even more disgusting food. Noisy slamming doors."

"The room were not void of outside noise and dogs barking, opt out of the 4 floor if you want rest. The room was clean good water pressure with hot water and comfortable bed. We stayed 5 nights and the TV only worked 1 evening. There is adequate parking but I was disturbed by the signage stating they are not responsible for theft, if that were a problem why not protect patrons vehicles in your lot although we did not experience a problem. Breakfast was mediocre wth bacon crumbs and only 1 day...

"The staff was very personable and welcoming. The room upkeep (clean towels, trash disposal, refill of toilet paper/tissue) was NON-EXISTENT without requesting. Indoor pool/hottub was a plus. Breakfast was excellent and well liked by all ages. The location is safe, quiet, and well lit. Lobby/rooms were spacious. I will definitely make it my choice of stay in Prince Frederick in the future."

"Wanna check in I was initially placed in the room with a window that was blocked on the outside so no view. I called spoke with management. They quickly moved me to a room that gave me a view of the river, but not the beach."

The staff was pleasant and helpful. the lock on my door didn't work properly so the only lock was the keypad lock. the refrigerator worked great but it had a very high pitch "whine" that was a bit annoying. The location was very convenient for my needs. I'd return if I am back in this area."
