"This property is a great place to stay before boarding on a cruise at the Port of Civitavecchia. It is only about 7 minutes walk from Civitavecchia train station and 5 minutes walk when taking the free shuttle bus to the cruise terminal. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. Our room was clean, spacious, and there are cold drinks in the fridge and coffee/tea available as well. They have pastries for breakfast. The bathroom is nice too but there is no hair conditioner. "This property is beyond excellent. Loris, the proprietor, is a gem. Met us at the train station and also arranged all our ground transportation before and after cruise. 11 out of 10!!"

"All amenities were available. Air conditioning was working well and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with helpful items we needed. The rooms were comfy and cozy. Anna in particular was very helpful and so sweet. She assisted us in getting oriented and directed us when we asked. She was really great. All in all, we had a great stay!"

"So this is a B&B, but we loved it. The location was very convenient in the middle of everything. The staff and owner were very friendly, so much so they felt like long lost friends. Breakfast was superb and had an emphasis on Italian offering key foods that would represent the country. While the rooms aren’t five star quality they were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time there and would revisit this place. "

"The area around and the accomadations are very nice. The stairways to the door that is a common area does not reflect how nice it is inside. Super quite, perfect place to stay before cruise or if you’re just checking out the city."

"The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. "Frederica was wonderful! She made sure I had everything I needed. Espresso, pastry, toast for breakfast was great! Also available was coffee / espresso, juices and water throughout the stay for no additional charge. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Area has a lot of things in walking distance.
