"Every year my family and I meet up at new places, this year was GJ. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was so big! It easily accommodated all 8 of us. There were tons of beds and space for everyone. The kids spent most days in the pool, we fished in the pond. Played on the grass. Played cards out on the patio at night. It was perfect for what we wanted to do! Nicole was extremely responsive, there was some repair on the HVAC unit and she was extremely accommodating, and did her best not to...

"If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. We look forward to staying at Tres Chivas next summer."

"Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "

"We were a couple in our 50's, from East Coast visiting relatives. This house was perfect for us. The location is very nice and very safe. The supplies and utensils were better than we expected. We had one very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend. "

"Cute little funky bungalo. It was our first time in grand junction. We wantes to bike the wineries, hike and mountian bike. This location was close to the wineries. And about 30 min from the other activities we did. The bbq was nice to have since we like hanging out and making our own food and the gas firepit was also nice to have on the chilly nights."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The house and property were perfect for our needs. Owner/prop manager very responsive. Hope to rent again. Highly recommend. "
