"Nice place, friendly staff "

"We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"The entire experience was great. Just little fixing around the house that needs to be done but its doable. Cleaningness was on top of the list the pool felt amazing and clean. I will be booking my next vacation here if i get the opportunity in the future. Very satisfied "

"Me gustó la limpieza, hornato, todos los utensilios necesarios y tranquilidad. Y excelente atención porque se acabó el gas pero la persona que cuida nos ayudó rápido.No me gustó que es necesario fumigar más seguido porque hay zancudos y eso puede causar dengue."

"This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. "We had a great time at the house it has access to the lake with a lake deck for enjoying a picnic then dive into the crystal clear water below. The house was clean and had just about everything you would need, I do wish it would have a blender to make drinks but that's a minor thing the weather was fantastic warm in the day and cool in the evening. Many thanks to the caretaker for making a delicious meal of flor de izote and helping us find things around the community like where to buy charcoal,...

"My family and I enjoyed this house, it has everything we needed. It was peaceful, close to places to explore, restaurants gas stations and shops. The hosts and Christian were attentive to our needs and quick to respond with questions. I’d definitely recommend staying here; you will not be disappointed! "
