Bright apartment, recently renovated, located in Aosta just a few minutes walk from the historic center. A short walk from the cable car to Pila, the train station, the bus terminal and the market.
Excellent base for visiting Aosta (Christmas markets, square events, Sant'Orso fair, foire d'été, Roman monuments, archaeological museum, Saint-Martin-de-Corléans megalithic area, astronomical observatory of Saint-Barthélemy, medieval castles and much more ...) and as a base for your excursions on foot, by bike and on skis or to discover the side valleys (Cervinia, Cogne, La Thuile, Courmayeur: Ski Way, Fort of Bard, thermal baths of Pré- Saint-Didier).
The unit is located on the second and last floor of a building in a quiet area. Free parking on the street in front of the building.
Furnished in a modern style, the appartment is composed of a double bedroom, a little bedroom with bunk beds, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony.
For couples: possibility to have a second double bed in the kitchen (sofa bed cm 140x200).
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: crockery, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, 2 fans and 2 TVs (one Smart TV) and Wi-Fi.
We provide sheets, blankets and towels.
For the little ones we have a cot with mattress, sheets, blankets, high chair, stroller, reducer / potty and stool.
Guests will have all the apartment at their disposal and the possibility of storing skis or bicycles in the basement cellar.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 17.00 to 24.00, and check-out by 11.00. It is possible to arrange other times if there are no other guests leaving or arriving.

Eine sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung in einer guten Lage. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett.Problemloser check in und check out. Nette Menschen in der Touristen-Info in der Stadt. Wandern, Skifahren oder ein Ausflug nach Turin mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, alles ohne Probleme geklappt.Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Edda è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento ben arredato, pulito, super fornito, adatto anche a soggiorni più lunghi di 2/3 giorni. Posizione ottima, vicina sia alla telecabina per la Pila che al centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Parcheggio disponibile nella via dell'appartamento.

Apartment is a second story walk up. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the August Arch and the pedestrian shopping street where there are many small purveyors of local cheeses, salamis, wines, coffee bars, and restaurants.In addition there are many retail stores selling clothing, leather goods, etc.It is a 5 minuter drive to the Pila GondolaPhotos of the apartment were a little less than accurate. The space was tight. It was only one bedroom with part of it cordoned off for a set of bunk beds.Adequate hot water for bathing in a bathroom with showerFold out sofa in kitchen area ,if used, make the space very tight. Kitchen equipment adequate.Apartment suited most for a family with 2 children.Building located on a non descriptive dead end street.

Edda ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp hat prima funktioniert und Check- in und Check.outwar völlig unproblematisch. Die Wohnung liegt ca 10 Minuten vom historischen Zentrum ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet . Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Von hier aus kommt man schnell in die Berge, ob zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder der Seilbahn (wenn nicht gerade in Sommerpause) Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

We failed to ask if the apartment had an elevator and air conditioning and it had neither! The fans provided were excellent though and were very good at night when we left the doors open and the temps dropped. Parking was easy and free. All we needed inside was provided. Another wine glass would be nice and we were never able to find clothes pins to hang out our clothes so a few dropped to the ground but we retrieved them! We walked a convenient 15 minutes into the center of town.

I have stayed in many appts in Aosta, this one was definitely my favourite one. It was very clean, warm and well equipped. The owner, Edda was very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. We were just a small walk from the old town, and 5 min in the car to the gondola for Pila. Would definitely recommend to others.

Accoglienza gentile e efficiente, con la spiegazione delle varie funzioni della struttura e vari consigli sui supermercati, le attività, i parchi giochi (per il bambino) e altro. Ci hanno aiutato anche a portare le valige. In più in casa ci sono moltissime guide sulle più svariate attrazioni turistiche della regione. La proprietaria dell'appartamento rimane sempre a disposizione per eventuali esigenze. L'abbiamo contattata diverse volte ed è stata sempre molto disponibile. L'appartamento è attrezzato molto bene con ogni genere di utensile o elettrodomestico che possa servire. L'unica cosa che eventualmente si potrebbe aggiungere è il condizionatore, visto che a volte può capitare che faccia un po' caldo. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la doccia, molto comoda e spaziosa. Per quanto riguarda l'igiene, non è possibile desiderare di più. Non so come, ma il pavimento è rimasto pulitissimo per tutta la settimana. Purtroppo abbiamo rotto inavvertitamente una brocca dell'acqua e la proprietaria non ha chiesto neppure il risarcimento per ricomprarla. Inoltre, una sera ho avuto un problema con la serratura della porta e l'ho chiamata a mezzanotte per chiedere indicazioni su come aprirla. Nonostante la tarda ora, ha risposto e ha risolto il problema in modo gentile e disponibile. Però, a tal proposito, forse sarebbe utile controllare la serratura del portone del palazzo perché, nonostante siamo sempre riusciti a entrare, a volte è stato un po' difficoltoso.

The apartment is ideally situated for a week in Aosta. The main sites of interest, several supermarkets and also the Pila cable car are all within easy walking distance.It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner, Edda, was very helpful. She collected us from the bus station. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on in the evening.

Que dire à part : superbe. L'appartement est très propre, l'emplacement idéal par rapport au centre ville. Merci à Edda pour nous avoir aussi bien accueilli et pour vos conseils sur les lieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La région d'Aoste est magnifique.
