This property enjoys a good location in the upmarket development of Alta Vista. This proper house is in the Town of Calete and does not suffer from being way out of town, like so many. The townhouse itself is 3 bed, 2 bath, and 3 terrace.

This is a large and proper house - a home from home - very spacious with separate kitchen and utility (2 sinks) with dishwasher and wash machine. There is also a private sun terrace off the master bedroom.

The master bed is also served by its own en suite toilet with bath and shower. Sleeps 6 easily. The three sun terraces include a private balcony with stunning views across Calete de Fuste bay.

The tiled and secluded rear terraces catches the sun all day and includes Canarian BBQ for alfresco dinning. There is a Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) option, which is totally secluded and ideal for star gazing at night.


The lounge has a 50 inch flat screen TV with UK TV - BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Full SKY movies, SKY Sports, BT Sports, Premier Sports, Movie vault with thousands of Films and all the top releases.

A good location in Calete de Fust Town.

Easy check in, lovely clean house with everything you need including an air fryer. Hot tub has seen better days, but was fine for us. Location was good with easy access to bars, supermarket etc. Television - all the channels you could think of, including British TV. Great communication from host, only negative was that the WiFi didn't work upstairs, which did not bother any of us at all! & it didn't bother our kids in their 20's!Would definitely book here again & would recommend to other friends & family

A lovely quiet private property, 5-10 minutes to local shops and 15-20 minutes to the town and beach.The hot tub was nearly perfect, some of the jets didn’t work. However it didn’t detract from the enjoyment.We did have to wash the outside furniture before we could use it.Overall it was an ideal house for our holiday.

The house we stayed at was as described and more.The kitchen was adequetly stocked with plates ,dishes and cutlery. The hot tub was really good and barbecue was excellent. Lovely and spacious holiday home, we were staying in corralejo but had no water at the villa for 4 days so we go a refund and booked here the evening before we stayed, property was clean plenty of kitchen equipment even an air fryer which I’ve never seen in all the holiday homes I’ve stayed in. Area is quiet. Taxi to main areas is 3-4 each way depending on where your off. I would recommend staying here and hopefully in the future when we return to fuerteventura we will stay here

We had 3 weeks a beautiful time in this big house. Matias the agent is a very kindly and understandig man. We asked for an extra set of clean towels and that was no problem at all. In the kitchen we missed the coffee maker but that was not a great problem. We used instant coffee with warm water from the kettle. The kitchen inventory was very extensive but it is a pity that not everyone clean well the frying pans and roasting pans.During our stay we didn't use the hottub and BBQ.We asked the man that controlled the hot tub water and he confirmed that not everything works as it should. We cleaned all the floors in the house and terrasses a day after arrival and noticed that 2 plastic sunbeds and 2 plastic chairs were broken. We send Matias an app and he asked for some photo's so he knows which models he must buy. But all in all we had a wonderful holiday. Greetings Ria and Wil

1 week stay

Property its self was in a great location . Close enough to walk into town. 3.50 for a taxi if needed. Lovely and quiet and gorgeous views from all angles.It was well equipped but unfortunately alot of bits were broken, sunbeds,clothes airer, parasol etc. Hot tub you get charged extra for.We arrived sunday. The water was too dirty to use but we were told the guy woukd come and chemical it wed. When he arrived , it was beyond cleaning so emptied it. Was not then filled till wed eve and wasnt up to temperature till Thursday eve. So really we paid for a week and got 2 days, which was a little disappointing.Ultimately we would choose this villa again because of lovation but jist a little attention to detail vlwanong and replacement of broken bits would make the visot even better.

Generally a good stay in a value for money property.

The villa is in a good location a short walk into town and only a few minutes from shops, bars and restaurants.The outside space is excellent and gets the sun all day. The TV package is second to none, particularly if you like watching sport!We had some issues with the hot tub on arrival which needed re-cleaning and the boiler had to be replaced which meant we had no clean hot water for most of our first week.There were also some cleaning issues on arrival which have been communicated to the owner.We would stay again as the property represents good value for money.

An Enjoyable Months Holiday

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. The property was an easy walk to and from the beach. The view from the bedroom balcony of the sea was lovely. We made good use of the bbq most evenings. The house was spacious and had comfortable seating in the lounge. The listing is not completely correct. The TV is not 50 inch but 42 inch. The DVD player was not able to be connected as the TV did not have the correct fitting. A second dvd player did not work at all. You are not able to park outside the property. Parking is on the opposite side of the road and very difficult due to lack of space (one resident had a sign asking you not to park outside their property). This was not a problem for us as we parked in the road just as you entered the estate. Usually we like to use the hot tub but only used it a couple of times as it was passed its best (very weak jets and not able to control temperature). We were not able to give five stars for cleanliness, overall it was good. We found a lot of cobwebs in the living area, mould in shower and bath (we cleaned the bath mould and stains very easily with a cleaner from the supermarket). A little more cleaning would improve the propery. The fridge worked well but the freezer was very iced up. I accept that this is not the owner's fault but I am sure that this is something that he will address. We did have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the house.

Séjour très sympa !

Seul bémol contre lequel malheureusement il est difficile de faire quoi que ce soit : le survol régulier des avions au dessus de la ville (on se trouve dans le couloir aérien). Hormis cet inconvénient, le séjour a été extrêmement agréable !

Family holiday

After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. Great Value House

The house was exactly as per the pictures in the description. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and of course a hot tub. It's about a 20 minute walk into Caleta from the house, down a mild slope, so obviously a slightly uphill return journey. This was fine because we are both fairly active. It is in a quiet area which was great away from the hustle of Caleta. The hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. A great find, and a great price.

Fuerteventura holiday bliss!

Everthing about our holiday was superb. From the initial welcome, the great facilities in the house, the good location to the hot tub! You really need a car to get about and see the beautiful island and can park right outside, but if not, it is only a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. The town, with it's excellent beach, is a bit further down the hill but it is possible to walk. Getting back is all up hill, so you could get a taxi. All in all a great holiday with excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

Great property so stay there is everything you need easy to find beautiful sunny balcony beds are good nice quiet area will definitely be back host easy to contact to answer any queries supermarket bars and restaurants 5 min. walk centre of the resort a bit further and on return taxi cabs are very reasonably priced
