One negative that we experienced was when we arrived we waited for a while before anyone came and when they did they simply gave us our key, told us our room and that was it. "Booked here for my son’s wedding unfortunately can’t say it all ran smoothly. Firstly we were constantly waiting to be served both in the bars and for breakfast, the only excuse they gave us was they were short staffed not what you want to hear when you’re spending a lot of money on a wedding. Overall the wedding went well and was well organised."
