"We booked the villa for the number of rooms and view. We were not disappointed. The photos do not do justice to the property and should be updated. Six of the seven bedrooms open to the infinity pool and have amazing views. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Anse Marcel is very quiet at night and the beach is beautiful.Danielle was an excellent hostess for our stay. We are already planning our 2026 booking."

"Property is close to the airport. The grounds, pool, private beach were very clean. Check in and out were super easy and fast! Shout out to Casey and the other attendant that wore funky glasses at the front desk. Generally all the front desk ladies are great! There was also a guy that worked nights that was great as well. The ladies at the laundry need communication work. Their attitude was off. There’s someone at the tour desk/time share desk that was too harassing. She needs to ask once and...

"This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. "

"The house was stunning. We took a group of 10 with us and all had plenty of space, large rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic with the most beautiful view. We will be back and would love to stay at the Villa Funtime again. "

"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."

So much space we especially loved the back porch, which is where we spent every morning having coffee and every evening when we got back from our beach days and dinners. "We spent two wonderful holiday weeks in this flat. The flat is furnished with a lot of style nothing is missing! The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The pool on the roof is indescribable and the sea is just round the corner. We love aeroplanes, for those looking for total peace and quiet this may not be the right place.
