"Had a really great experience staying at the Holiday Inn in San Antonio! The staff was awesome — friendly and helpful throughout. The WiFi was strong and reliable, and the location couldn’t be better — just minutes from SeaWorld. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All shifts but especially the Night shift staff are wonderful! We had issues with the vending machines and elevator and the sole night shift worker rushed to the occasion and helped resolve the issues quickly! So friendly and even opened the breakfast bar early since we had to leave before the regular breakfast opening times! "

"Always come back to flex always greeted friendly and quick check ins everytime. Only thing ive noticed is one side of the building is very clean no smoke smell in rooms. good running a/c. fridge and microwave. water pressure in shower is excellent overall great but other side is completely different. I been wondering if they will ever start renting the rooms in the front of the building above the lobby ever or even the bigger suites in the other building across from the pool. I sure hope so! "

"it was a budget for the hotel close to Seaworld and I had no issues with the room. The area was not bad. It was great they had security in the parking lot during the night. I like that it was free parking so I don’t have to pay extra. they have an indoor pool, which is really nice and clean. we stayed three days in the room and I like that it has a kitchen with appliances, a fridge we’re able to put a pack of waters and our leftovers.
