Host interaction was very difficult, I believe their customer service is offshore, so they can not actually answer your questions at all. The may as well not have customer service as they were not helpful one bit. I found out linen was not provided 2 days prior to the stay, when I called them to find out exactly what linens I needed to provide myself (bedsheets and towels, or duvet covers as well?), she just continued to repeat that no linen was provided but could not be specific about what I needed to bring. She then gave me a random mobile phone number for the cleaner and suggested I can organise my own linen hire if I wish- what is the point in having a host if they don’t organise these things on your behalf? They were completely uselessThe house itself was filthy, hadn’t been vacuumed, hair in the shower, and dead ants everywhere including on the beds. The house was run down, taps falling off the wall, gaps in doorways allowing bugs etc to come inside.
