"Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!"

Due to no housekeeper, my room was not cleaned. The hotel staff asked me to cancel my reservation. The front desk staff gave me manager's phone number upon my request to express my concerns, the phone number did not exist. I called back to the hotel, nobody answered the phone.
