"Woman at the front desk possibly the owner was absolutely amazing. We got there a bit early and without questions she gave us the keys to our room. She was so friendly. The place was clean and appeared to be extremely modern and newly renovated. The location could not be better we walked everywhere. I will be returning and staying here again."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"Room key didn’t work after returning from dinner and office had closed at 8pm. Had to wait outside at 10pm for manager to return to create a new key. Property is dated, parking limited, but it served the purpose for a short stay. Breakfast was okay."

"I stayed here while in a hiking trip for Van Sickle Park. The location was a shirt wlk away fron the park entrance making it ideal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant just around the corner but plenty of food options are within walking distance. I ended up extending my stay by an extra day (decided midway through the first day) and the staff made it easy, although this was off season so they had availability. I...

"We would go again"

"For some reason, we ended up with the ADA room without requesting it. So, there was no jacuzzi but the shower was quite large. The bed filled the majority of the room but we didn’t need much space so it was fine. All the amenities were great, especially the fire place. The day we were checking out the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door early in the morning to see if we had left so they could get the room ready, which wasn’t a big deal it was just pretty early so I thought it was abnormal....

"The staff was very nice and helpful, the view of the lake from our balcony was absolutely stunning. But the bathroom was disgusting, very dirty, painted over tub with stains everywhere. Lots of hair and dirty carpet… Also had to wait at least half an hour for even warm water to shower, staff says due to the heated pool….. expected better"

"The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was they never came in to clean it if after I requested it. They just left some towels and soap hanging on my door. We stayed three nights and I cleaned it myself."
