"My wife and I were a little apprehensive when we booked a cozy cabin near Fanning Springs for a mini-vacation instead of our usual beach getaway. But we were pleasantly surprised.“Cozy” doesn’t begin to describe it—quiet, peaceful, and full of natural magic. Time seemed to pause there. While sitting on the porch, a brave kitty approached us, and soon a whole tribe of cats had adopted us, offering nonstop purring therapy.The next day we launched the canoe and paddled through stunning Bell Springs...

"This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by. "

"This was our 2nd time staying here because it is a beautiful, peaceful and convinient home."

"Great location for visiting two of the springs- Ichetucknee & Ginnie. Spacious house, everyone slept comfortably. "

"Our family loved our time here! We were looking for a place that allowed our sons and their friends to go fishing and enjoy the springs, and this place was perfect, given that the home was directly on the river. The home was clean and the owners ensured that all of the necessities were provided. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out, which was greatly appreciated. We celebrated our son's 20th birthday here and created some great memories! We look forward to our next stay!!"

"Wonderful location on the Suwannee River. Close to Manatee Springs and the Gulf. So happy to be able to bring and dock a boat. Boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was clean and spacious enough for our large group. The only downside to our stay is that one room with a King bed was extremely warm while the rest of the home was nice and cool. It would not cool down enough, to the point that we opted to sleep on an air mattress next to the kitchen...

"This is our 2nd time staying here during Easter weekend and will hopefully continue to be a tradition. My sister and I, along with our 4 boys (ages 8-14) absolutely love the peace and quiet. The home is always so clean, has everything you could need. When originally booking I mixed up the dates and was off by a day. When I requested to chage it to the dates we needed, the ower was great and responded quickly and had no problems with doing so. When we went to leave, we had a flat tire and ended...
