"Condo unit was very clean and adequate to serve as our home base for a Thursday to Sunday visit to Lake Winnipesaukee! The units are a little older but the check in was easy, everything was there in the unit, it was clean, the communication with renters was excellent! The pool and area where the grills are is very nice and clean. Everyone at the property was super friendly. Central location. Would stay here again. Great Visit!"

"The location is ideal, and centrally located to the downtown, lake area, and nearby attractions. The interior is very well maintained. The layout itself is small but not cramped. There are some oddities such as the two doors to the main bathroom and the kitchen switch being behind one of the bedroom doors but they do not detract from the overall experience. "Beautiful property overlooking the water. In the morning you can enjoy hearing and watching eagles. The pictures online of the interior do not do this property justice.
