There are also many other possibilities for trips such as, Museum village Orvelte, Hunnebedmuseum Borger, Emmen Zoo, Boomkroonpad in the forestry, Balloërveld (3km) with heathland, sand drifts and sheep herds etc. But the cities of Groningen and Assen can also be reached in a short time.
