"Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is."

"Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful"

"Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Exactly what I nexpected it to be of a budget hotel on US 19. Booked an accessable room as i have mobility issues and stepping onto a bath tub is a problem. I was put into a regular room on the second floor. If there was an elevator i did not find it. As i was only there 2 days for a funeral I didn't have the energy to get it fixed. "

"This hotel was beautiful, loved the history of it. The rooms and the property were super clean and well maintained. All of the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious."

"The room was clean but asked for non smoking room, and our room badly smelled like smoke. The ground was full of cigarette butts and there was no place safe for me to walk my Service Dog. The staff did not speak or understand English, very hard to communicate what was needed. My husband fell in the very slick bathtub 4/13/2026 and is still hurting on 4/22/2026 This accident was reported to the front desk and nothing was done."

"The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial."

"Excellent location. Town is easily accessible and two Sunset viewing restaurants are right next door. It’s a cute charming old Florida hotel so if you’re bougie, it may not be for you! Our room was clean, and spacious. Parking can be tricky with the restaurants right there, but the valet will move cars for you if you are a guest. Overall great experience. "

"Super! Zeer uitgebreid en personeel erg vriendelijk. Alles was heel netjes, wij hadden jammergenoeg de boven verdieping die nog niet gerenoveerd is, maar het was uiterst schoon en netjes. Was eerst een beetje huiverig, maar super positief verrast. Aanrader in Clearwater. Helaas wel een eind van het strand, maar voor het bedrag wat aan het strand berekend wordt kan je 3 overnachtingen doen voor het bedrag van een nacht. Dict bij het strand kan je ook nog eens een belachelijk bedrag voor het...

"Scary. Came back from dinner and 4 sheriff cars and county lady. First night neighbor had various companions all night, continued traffic. Scary traveling with my 8 year old grandson and elderly sister. Felt we were part of “Cops” episode. "
