"Expedia map sent me to completely the wrong area, more than 1km away from the hotel. Without a friendly local who works as a courier I would have been very lost. Property itself is very clean and nice. Because of a serious medical issue I could spend only 1 night instead of the seven that I paid for. I was told at checkout and by expedia message that their policy did not allow reimbursements, but they would review my special case with management. They never did."

"Sotetsu fresa Higashi is great location is really convenient with it being with in waking distance to few train stations with one being right next to the hotel . There are also a lot of restaurants such as Chinese one next to it, a MacDonald a cross the street and at least 3 convenient stores 2 of which opens 24 hours a day with one block. "We booked the family room for our family of 5 (kids 13, 10 and 8). The beds were comfortable and spacious, but otherwise it was a relatively compact room. The place was clean but it showed signs of wear. This showed in the condition of the tatami mat, the walls had many marks from perhaps luggage bumping into it, and the corners had accumulated dirt. "Very clean, water bottles replenished each day. Comfortable beds, great shower. No storage for clothes other than hangers for coats, so you will be in/out of suitcases. Some street noise but not too invasive. Staff helpful and happy to organise luggage forwarding. Self service breakfast buffet a bit bland but there are plenty of alternatives in the area. Station is a 10 minute walk with good connections to most sites in Tokyo. "
