"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. "This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. "Feels peaceful and relaxing staying here after many days of adventurous. I got there early so they keep my luggages until I come back to check-in at 3:00pm. My twin bedroom and bathroom are so clean. There’re 7 Eleven across from hotel and walkable to some restaurants nearby. It take about 20 minutes to walk to the mall. Very helpful receptionist helped me to check in and check out. The Onsen hot spring water is a bonus plus the free ice cream retreats afterward. "
