"From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. "The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. "

"Really, really nice and smart room. We (family of 3) had great space and this was probably the most spacious room on our trip. Everything was new and fresh. The only two drawbacks was that there isn’t any personnel present (which is fine until there is a problem - like the people underneath partying and being loud late at night) and you can’t store any luggage before or after check-in/out.
