"Nice small hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast is great. Very close to the beach with free beach towels and free sunbeds / umbrella waiting for you. 20 minutes on bike to old town and by grap 10 minutes. Highly recommended!"

"This place suited us really well. One of the friendliest budget hotels we have stayed in. The room was big and comfortable, fresh cooked scrambled eggs, fruit and breads for breakfast. Situated just across from the beach. The village has a variety of bars and restaurants, Xin Chao , Serena's and Blue Sea were fine. They have basic bicycles you can borrow if you want to go into Hoi An or to the pottery and vegetable villages."

"I rarely post a review but really want to give this wonderful place a mention. We have been to Hoi An before and wanted a place away from the old town. From the moment we arrived, Ken and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The property is in very good condition and very clean. With only 9 rooms, they could provide very personalised service. We were there for 5 nights and we were upgraded to a bigger room after 2 nights when it became available. We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution.
