"Ich schreibe selten Rezessionen, aber ich bin lange nicht mehr von einem Hotelaufenthalt so angetan gewesen. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit im Grand Sunrise. Hier ist der Kunde/Gast noch König. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und durch den vom Hotel angebotenen (gratis) Shuttle zum Strand und in die Altstadt ist auch der ruhiger gelegene Standort eher als positiv zu betrachten. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Everything was awesome, all the staff from the maintenance man( immediate service) cleaning ladies, doormen, front desk staff and the manager went far beyond their duties. We truly felt taken care of, they give 5 star service from a delicious breakfast to arranging tours, entertainment and just being so lovable. "This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. "

"This is such a nice resort. It's quiet and outside of the hustle of Old Town, but a short shuttle ride away from both Old Town and An Bang beach so you don't feel too far. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and that staff is phenomenal! Lan, the property manager was so attentive and kind to our children and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in Old Town.
