Nous avons trouvé cet hébergement par hasard et nous avons été loin d'être déçues. Nhi est une hôte parfaite, aux petits soins, toujours prête à nous arranger. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et fait maison, et les chambres sont propres et super confortables. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons souhaité revenir pour nos derniers jours au Vietnam. Je recommanderai sans hésiter cet établissement qui me donne envie de repartir en vacances ! Merci encore Nhi et sa maman pour votre gentillesse qui nous touche en plein coeur !

Truly a charming Homestay, Thank you!

We loved Charming Homestay in Hoi An. The owner and hostess Nhi, is a true gift to travelers. Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great! She gave us maps with directions to wonderful out of the way but beautiful locales eg: an idyllic, beautiful open air restaurant where we enjoyed the serenity of the rice fields while having delicious drinks like iced coconut coffee. She also directed us to a likely equally great locales at the beach, but we never got to ride bikes (which she provides) out there due to monsoonal weather. If it wasn’t for Nhi we would have missed the wonderful Cirque du Soleil inspired show because we got caught in a monsoon rain, but she called a cab and then when he picked us up she gave him instructions to drop us off at the theater door. We got there in the nick of time! Regarding the Homestay room: it was wonderful! Large, airy, bright, with a balcony and garden view. Quiet, very private, and very clean, with a large very good shower. The king bed and pillows had nice linens & the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked great. We slept very well. Nhi made us a delicious breakfast every day. We highly recommend Charming Homestay!

We actually booked our room at the Charming Home Stay before we bought our flights. In essence, this whole trip was booked around our 9 day stay in Hoi An and Tet. Our room absolutely lovely, breakfast delicious, OMG! Incredibly accommodating. They did it all, arranged private cars, scheduled massages, recommended restaurants, things to do and see. We felt like part of the family! Especially after celebrating the lunar new year with Ms. Nhi. Our Tet experience, complete!! Our stay was truly Charming! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We are so grateful for their kindness and care. Ms. Nhi, Ms. Ha, Ms. Oanh and of course Ms. Nhi’s lovely mother. Truely charming

It was amazing. The familly that managed the homestay is lovely and very helpful. The house is truely charming and a great oas close to Hoi An. Additionally they make delicious pankakes. I would really recommend them.

I have lived on 4 continents in 5 years and so have a sense of "Homestays". I can't say whether the genuine welcome i feel here is characteristic of all Viet Nam, or whether i have simply happened upon real people· What I see, is that Charming Homestay is committed to making your time in Hoi An, generally, and Charming Homestay in particular as fine an experience as they are capable - and i believe they are very capable·

Very nice guesthouse with a friendly family atmosphere, and the price is great value for a good-sized room and decent breakfast. Nhi and her mother made me feel very welcome, and the hard-working Nhi was always happy to help with advice and bookings for day-trips etc. And of course her mother is the star attraction, with her lovely warm smile! Hoi An old town is about 20 minutes' walk away from the homestay, there are free bicycles available but I found cycling on Vietnam's chaotic roads too nerve-wracking to use them much! I don't know if I'll have a chance to return to Hoi An, but I'd definitely stay at Charming Homestay again if I do.

親切なニーさん

親切なニーさんのお陰で快適に過ごせました。最初の部屋は少し黴臭かったので、メールに返信したところ直ぐに飛んできて部屋を変えてくれました。二日目の朝食はパンケーキをサービスしてくれたり、チェックアウト時にはお土産をくださいました。うちも何かプレゼントを持って行けばよかったと後悔しました。場所も市街地まで無料のレンタサイクルで15分位、アンバンビーチも15分くらい。少し大きな車の通りが多いですが、夜は静かでぐっすり休めました。雨季の終わり頃なので多少湿っぽいのは仕方ないですね。

I had a wonderful time at Charming Homestay and recommend this place to everyone. Not only because of the beautiful large room, the cleanliness, the facilities you can make use of or the delicious breakfast, but most of all because of the friendly charming family who runs the hotel. From the first until the last minute, I felt at home with Nhi and her mother around me. A place recommendable for everyone who likes a charming place that feels like home!

Toute l'équipe (composée exclusivement de femme) est vraiment géniale et ils font tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. La cuisine est parfaite et les chambres sont propres avec tout le confort nécessaire. J'ai vraiment adoré cette Homestay ainsi que son personnel. Cette étape restera un moment important de mon séjour au Vietnam et je vous recommande chaudement des vous arrêter à Charming Homestay si vous passez par Hoi An.

A great great peaceful place

A really great place to stay. 10 mins on the bicycle away from the old town or 20 mins across the paddy fields to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff there are really, really friendly and booked all of our ongoing rail travel for us. Cannot recommend Charming Homestay enough. If you are Hoi An and want to stay somewhere peaceful but close enough to everything stay here

A totally home away from home away experience. Nhi, Ha and others were amazing, went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had lots of fun. We will definitely stay here when ever we are in Hoi An. Close enough to everything. Must have Nhi's pancakes!!!! YUMMY!!!

My spouse and I stayed at Charming Homestay and were hosted by Ha, Nhi, and her mother. Everyone was super nice and their home was great. The breakfast service was great! The room was clean and very nice.

Hjemlig hygge hos Nhi og hendes mor i Hoi An

Dejlig morgenmad, fine værelser og hjemlig hygge Hos Nhi og hendes mor føler man sig godt tilpas. På cykel, som udlånes gratis, er man i den gamle by på 10 minutter eller på de små veje mellem rismarkerne på 5 minutter. Nhi og hendes kusine Ha sørger for god morgenmad. Og Nhis mor, Phu, gir kærlige kram og sørger for blomsterne i haven. Kan stærkt anbefales.

Unglaublich freundliche Gastgeberin Nhi mit Mutter und zwei Mitarbeiterinnen. Fünf sehr gepflegte, große und saubere Doppelzimmer je mit eigenem Bad, neu eingerichtet, alles funktioniert. Frühstück mit leckeren frischgepressten Säften, geniale pancakes. Karte und Leihfahrräder für eigene Touren (z.B. Seidenfabrik, Strand oder Wasserpalmen), auf Wunsch Tourbuchung (z.B: My Son, Shuttles) oder Kochkurs nach Wunsch. Nebenan ATM, um die Ecke Markt, zehn lockere Radminuten zur Altstadt. Sehr fairer Preis. Hotel wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen, auch wir trafen mehrere Wiederholer. Nächstesmal auf jeden Fall wieder!

Highly recommended!

Nhi was a great host! Upon our arrival, Nhi prepared fresh juices for us and recommended us the various sights and foods for us to explore during our stay in Hoi An. The house and room was extremely cosy and the beds were comfortable as well. Bikes are available to borrow for free so the old town was easy to get to.

Kleines, feines Homestay in Hoi-An

Das Homestay war wunderbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Aber Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und wir haben sofort viele tolle Tipps für die Stadt bekommen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings war es relativ klein. Wir hatten nur einen Koffer, daher war es okay. Mit mehr Gepäck wird es eng, aber das Homestay verfügt auch über größere Zimmer. Wenn man mit viel Gepäck reist, sollte man also drauf achten welche Zimmergröße man bucht.

We stayed at Charming Homestay for 3 nights. We wish we had organised our trip better and stayed longer. Nhi, her mother and Ha made us feel very welcome. We woke up each day to a beautiful breakfast. Nhi was really helpful in suggesting places to visit. She provided us with bikes as the homestay is a short (5 mins) bicycle ride from the town and not much further to the beach. Highlight was the cooking class I had with Nhi in her kitchen. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
