"Exactly as advertised. Needed a comfortable, clean place to sleep. Quality king sized bed. I recommend only booking this place from VRBO as there are some units that seem to be affected by construction on the far end. (did not affect our stay one bit.) "

"The cabin was absolutely beautiful the only complaint would be road noise because it sets off a major roadway but once you go to sleep you don’t even notice it. We would stay again if we are in the area"

"Great place- cozy and clean! River was low so we couldn’t kayak or float on it but went to Northampton Beach as recommended by owner! Beautiful beach! Place does not have foil, plastic wrap or much for storage not many spices or condiments so plan accordingly. Everything else was great! Also be aware, as I missed, they charge extra for more than 2 people. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay, gorgeous location on a hilltop overlooking pastures with wild turkey and deer roaming by. Loved our stay. Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. This would have bothered me far more if I had stayed in the winter than in the heat.One suggestion I would make...

"I had to clean the cup before i used it because it was dirty, there was grime in the bottom of the hot water kettle and I had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces because they were grimy. The water smelled terrible/ Sulfer? I did not try to drink it but thank god i showed up with my own water. I bought ice the next day. The property smelled unpleasant, i opened the only two windows and used the window unit to circulate air. The bathroom was very clean. Towels were nice. no wash cloths thou....

"As our second stay at Sunrise Cottage, it was another wonderful time! The house is perfect, it’s roomy and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need. The lake is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and serene! Astrid(host) is the best. She is super friendly and helpful. She is easy to contact and quick to respond. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Sunrise Cottage."

"This was an outstanding property with as hospitable and helpful hosts as you could ask for. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped both inside and out. Some nice snacks and water were provided, and anything we didn't have but needed was only a text away -- Peter always responded promptly. "This is a very nice new house located just a few minutes walk to the racetrack. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very nice and responsive throughout the process. The location was great if you’re headed to the races. We would definitely stay there again!"
