Regrettably, the experience was far below what is expected from a 4-star establishment, On the first night, the television in our room was not working. While this was an inconvenience, we accepted the offer to be upgraded to a suite on the second night.
However, things deteriorated further when we discovered live bed bugs in the upgraded suite. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern. We have clear video evidence of the bed bugs, captured on three separate occasions during our stay. The presence of bed bugs in any hotel room—let alone in a suite of a 4-star hotel—is appalling and unhygienic, and it made the remainder of our visit deeply uncomfortable. While we appreciate the effort of the staff member who assisted us during this ordeal—who was professional and helpful—the overall experience was completely unacceptable.
We were offered free drinks on the house, but let us be clear: this is not an appropriate form of compensation for sleeping in unsanitary, unsafe conditions. The issues we encountered go far beyond what a few complimentary beverages can remedy. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a public health concern.
