"Location was great for exploring Stevens Point. House was great size for 8 adults. Bella loved the fenced in yard.Couldn't use the patio as cushions were soaked. Make sure someone has memorized door code as it was eliminated from text 24 hours prior to checkout. Were able to find phone number and issue was resolved but inconvenient. "

Unlike cold motel rooms, this place had a lived-in feel that reflected the pride and love Jannifer, the host, provided. "This was a really fun, historic location. Communication with the host was excellent. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and they came to our rescue immediately. I also need to mention the number of towels! Haha We have traveled extensively and have never had so many towels avaliable. Sounds like a small thing, but it was really nice to have so many. The nearby water was beautiful and the neighborhood is very friendly. "

"Wanted to revisit this area for our anniversary and do some fishing also. The place was very clean and comfortable and tucked in the woods. Enjoyed the neighbors, wildlife and the lake being right there."

"Exceptional property! Our group was in town for a curling event and this home was a great find. More than enough entertainment space, beds and bathrooms for 8 adults. Very clean, lots of amenities and an owner that was very responsive. 100% would recommend this property."

"Tims place on the river was a great place for family to gather and hang out for our son's graduation weekend. We were surprised at how roomy the place was for all of us to relax and enjoy the weekend. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't enjoy the patio and dock more, but we found the inside a cozy place to hang out during the rain. " We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. "Perfect cottage for couple or small family. Beautiful setting with lake view and plenty of water toys: kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, etc provided. "
