"Everything was exactly as advertised and was perfectly located in Lakeland for access to downtown and hopping on the toll road. And the pool! I wish I had time to spend every minute there. I'll rent again if I have business in Lakeland or near by. Definitely beats the hotel options I researched!"

"This property was perfect for our family of 8! My husband and I got to fish, splash, dive, swim, and relax with all 4 of our kids, ages 6, 13, 21, and 25, along with the two oldest’s wives. It was heaven. The view and the wildlife were phenomenal. The pool was clean, the spa was wonderful at night or in the morning! The house had different levels and was laid out very neat. The screened in porch on the lake was awesome in the rain (and great for no bugs getting in your coffee!) We will cherish...

"This property was ideal for our stay. It was warm, inviting and beautiful inside that has been all updated. The inside did not look like a 100 year old plantation home, but the feel was there. Our group would stay there again if ever we were back in the area!"

"3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase."

"We stayed here for the second time. Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool. Owner is quick to respond."

"Very nice home, I would definitely stay again. Perfect if you visiting Legoland. We did have minor issues, which were quickly resolved ny the host. My only suggestion would be to have more than two TV'S. We were fine, because the kids were mostly on their electronics.Overall, 10/10 !!"
