"Overall was good. Thought it had a ramp and didnt so a little disappointed but the ramp is right down the road and the boat lift is awesome really helped having it. It is tiny but could easily fit 3 guys for a long weekend. In a good spot out of the way and great spot on the canal. Definitely coming back!"

"We have stayed here several times. It is exactly as described. It’s furnished well and has several kayaks and a canoe. Property has a large backyard that is always well kept. My boys will usually have a wiffle ball game or a football game going at any time back there. The dock is in good condition and we always fish - we don’t always catch fish though! "The cabin was comfy and clean. Perfect place to unplug and get some peace and quiet. Beautiful wooded area around the cabin. My grandkids 12, 17,and 22 loved the cabin and having the firepit and smores of course. The Florida Caverns State Park was fun. Its only 45 minute drive from cabin. Jill the owner was great! She message me during my stay to make sure I had everything thing I needed. I highly recommend this place."

"This was a perfect location for relaxing and playing. There were several things to do in the area. You can watch the cows and goats be milked on the property, or explore the area to tube/kayak down the Chipola river, hike, explore caves at the caverns state park, swim in the several springs, shop.
