"My wife and I needed a quick vacation away from the kids. We decided to escape up into the mountains in Alta Sierra. This property was as close to the top as you can get. Beautiful scenery. The trailer home was fun with games, tv, and even a Mrs. Pac-Man arcade game that the Mrs. And I had a ton of fun playing! I would love to stay here again."

"My stay was comfortable and quiet and would stay again. Perfect size for one or two people. No TV in unit if that's important to you, but I personally did not miss it. "

"Great location, tidy and laid-back spot with plenty of supplies, suitable for a short stay. Pros: well-stocked kitchen and pantry with everything you need, lots of games & activities for kids, plenty of towels, extra beddings, guide to local area, kind, easy-going host, cute dogs. Cons: the space has definitely seen better days, is due a deep clean (dusty corners and decor, stained floor mats and carpets, etc), queen bed sagging in the middle. "

"This property was very clean in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. Zero complaints. "

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "

"Loved the goats, chickens, fresh eggs, views and hosts! Not the most comfortable bed for people who prefer a firm mattress."

"This was a great house. Lots of beds, great kitchen, nice dining area, cool backyard and hot tub, and such a short walk to the little town area and rafting. I kinda wish we had planned more time to utilize the pool table, hot tub and lounge space. Only negatives I would say are it needs a kettle for preparing tea, and is due for a deep cleaning (it was overall neat and clean, but had some dusty surfaces and window sills, some sticky shelves in the kitchen cabinets, etc)!But again, great stay and...
