"Everything was super clean, well stocked. Beautiful house and rooms. Housekeeper is across the street for anything you might need. Alan is a wonderful host. Everyone had a great time, we will definitely be back."

"We very much enjoyed our stay, check in was a breeze and we found the cabin to be a cozy retreat. We have been looking for a place that had a bed and bath on first floor to accommodate some mobility limitations and this home was perfect having a single step on the front porch. "Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice."

"Was very impressed by the property. Absolutely beautiful house that now has my wife wanting me to match some ideas from the cabin. Very well stocked from linens to kitchen utensils which is always appreciated. Not a negative thing to say about my stay. 5 stars. "

"Enjoyed some quiet time with my husband & our dog Theo. Property was built up along the River bend. It’s on a steep hill so not for the faint hearted but young people can do it no problem. House was quaint, clean and had all amenities needed. Visited the covered bridges and waterfall nearby. Went to Suna for dinner and lunch at Jericho Mexican really good! "

"Beautiful property and home with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the pool and the disc golf. There is plenty of room inside and out to find a quiet place to read and relax. Kitchen was fully equipped with room for everyone at either the dining room table or the kitchen nook table to enjoy a meal together.Game room for the younger folks to hang out after dinner was a plus.Great place, would stay here again whenever we are in the area."

"Exceptionally clean with everything we needed. Large open areas for gathering, a gorgeous fireplace and the outside kitchen and seating area were convenient and comfortable. I reached out to the owner about the pool heater and he got back to me very quickly and even FaceTimed so I could get the heater started with his assistance. "Second time at this wonderful peaceful property. Lots of room for everyone and the game room was a bit hit with the teenagers. Large screened in porch the best we've seen. Comfy beds and we slept like logs!If you like to cook, which we do, there's plenty of kitchenware to provide hearty meals for a big hungry family My dog enjoyed his walks and "helped" me pick up turkey feathers each morning. We received a compliment from a neighbor down the street that they barely knew we were there, and...

"We absolutely loved our time in this cottage. The kitchen is beautiful and user friendly. The rooms are spacious and modern. The master bath is luxurious. And Sunapee is our favorite place in the whole world do the setting was perfect. "

"Location was great & property came with a beach pass that was really close & with 9 year old twins it was perfect. All families. Our only negative was it was really hot & there is an a/c unit in kitchen with an open floor plan which was cool but bedrooms were too hot which is why they had fans in the rooms. Some had to sleep in lower level to stay cool. We saw a deer & baby right there & a beaver....beautiful. "
