"Overall, things were great! However, there were a couple things that could be addressed. The instructions for entering the house were incorrect and caused a little confusion and delay. We were referred to the wrong lock in the written instructions. An available video was correct. Also,therewas an issue with hot water supply in the master bathroom, which we have discussed with support. Otherwise we really enjoyed our experience and the location is wonderful!"

"We can't say enough good things about this house. The location is beautiful. The owner provided everything needed for a perfect stay. Its close to so many beaches and hikes that your head spins from the options. Or if you just want to stay there and walk the beach, its usually only you and a few other humans and dogs.Quiet and serene. Thank you!"

"It was such a wonderful lovely experience. I got this place for a mini getaway with my parents because it was my father’s birthday. The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. I will definitely be back for some more adventures and am happy to have had such a wonderful host! Just want to applaud and thank them for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beach house! "

"It was perfect for what we needed. Very close to excellent. Wish there was a very very good option. Not fancy, but short walk to beach, good location, and our own deck made for a lovely stay. Would go back."

"Great location, cozy accomodation, everything but the food for dining in. The BBQ is basically a camp stove and should be upgraded to meet expectations. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. We had the beach all to ourselves. Lovely."

"House was nice, clean, comfy, peaceful and, well stocked. No easy beach access but good for what we needed this visit as we were here for family gathering in Yachats. "

"This was a great house in a quiet area of Waldport. Kitchen and house were well stocked and the views were fantastic. Easy beach access and comfortable for a family. Highly recommend. "

"The property was clean and well cared for. Location was spectacular, right next to the beach and tide pools. Wildlife in abundance. The Brown Pelicans were fishing in ernest all four days."

"View of ocean and tide changes was stupendous! I have never seen so many stars in the sky! We watched whales spouting. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store and restaurants "

"This is a nice house in a good location. Be aware that the dunes cover a lot of the ocean view from the house but it is a nice private location on a quiet beach. There weren’t any outside chairs provided so be sure to bring your camp chairs from home. If they have a shoulder strap you can carry them to the top of the dunes to see the sunset."

"Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect"

"If you're looking for an amazing place to stay while on your Oregon Coast vacation, this place checks all the boxes. I have stayed at several rentals over the years and have never felt as home as we did stay here. The house was clean and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, the views were amazing and its just a few minutes from our favorite Oregon town, Newport. I cant recommend this place enough, and we plan to make this our yearly retreat. "
