It's the antithesis of a modern chain hotel, we stayed in 9 hotels in two weeks in Germany and Poland and Tonihof was by far the most memorable."

Each building is its own look, feel and room type. There are elevators but expect some walking and there are hills. Not like the hill to the castle (take the bus or horse carriage). Try it.
