"We really enjoyed our stay at the dome. The dome is small but still spacious. There are 2 plug outlets that can hold only cell phone/tablet/watch. No cell phone service (tmobile). The host did a really good job at giving instructions on how to get to the property as we lost cell service. The entrance to Big Bend is 20 minutes. The seclusion of the property was great! I would stay again if we decide to visit another time. "

We were worried about the claw foot bath tub BUT it was such a cute moment we didn't expect, to take a bath as a couple and the weekend was filled with movie moments. "It was very smooth and exactly as advertised. A/C was working really well. Has a nice 1 person shower and bathroom. Has running water, but on catchment system so encouraged appropriate water conservation. Overall Wilma was great, very communicative and helpful. We had no issues. The only minor thing was VRBO sent a message with an access code, but in reality it was the code Wilma sent in direct message that was what we needed to unlock the door. Not her fault, just a touch confusing. Overall...

"If you’re looking for an off the beaten path getaway, this place is for you. It’s quite remote, but well worth the drive. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and they’ll show you everything you need to know when you check in. The place is clean and has good WiFi. The hot tub is exactly what you need after a long day hiking at Big Bend and the stars at night are beautiful. If you’re looking for a place to stay whilst going to Big Bend, this is the place for you."

"Very different and unique - gives you a feel of the outdoors with comfort and convenience of modern living. We used this place as a basecamp for our daily adventures and would recommend for individuals. Also has a pet roadrunner whom just hung around us a lot…. "

"Exceptional views and tranquility. We stayed at the Bank room; the room was clean and included amenities such as Wi-Fi internet service and screen TV with DirectTV service. However, no cellphone service for AT&T and T-Mobile (Verizon signal was weak and spotty at times). It was great to spend time there with my spouse and adult children. I highly recommend this tucked away oasis to everyone."
