"Das Hotel ist eine richtige Wohfühloase. Bei Ankunft erhält man eine kleine aber sehr ansprechende Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen sowie Restaurant Empfehlungen in Lana und Umgebung. Wir konnten uns über ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite freuen. Die Ausstattung im Hotel allgemein aber auch in den Zimmern sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismässig gross. Das Personal so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Yoga Stunde ist ein Mal täglich inbegriffen und hat uns ebenfalls...

"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."
