"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. "The room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful. The bathroom had a strange configuration with the toilet down the hall from the sink and shower. And there were no towel racks and not much storage space for our clothes. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise it was a very nice room with air conditioning during a horrible heat wave. It was nice to have restaurants on the property. And it was near the tube and train station."

"Good sized rooms comfortable and a bonus the hot tub! Only downside they have extended the hot tub use to midnight from the previous 10.30pm cut off so I didn’t appreciate the room above me in the hot tub until 11.30pm it was noisy. Good quiet location."

Our room had a power failure when we awoke 2nd morning, no air con & v warm day, we had to use the bathroom in the dark & couldn’t shower , when we rang reception there was no answer ,we reported as we checked out but only received an apology & still charged the full rate?"

"Much better than expected for the location. Directly opposite Kings Cross and St Pancras and yet surprisingly quiet. The rooms are bigger and better maintained than any other hotel in the area. Ideally for a quick stopover in London."

"Great location between St. Pancras and King's Cross stations, and quiet rooms. First room had a nice large bed but there was no shower, just a very deep tub, difficult to get in and out. Changed to a smaller room with a shower, much smaller bed, only room available with a shower. But the shower would alternate between hot and cold water. Hopefully it was fixed after we left. Maintenance issues were dealt with very promptly. Bar downstairs had very loud music, but outside patio was very...

"Beautiful property, loved the bar and welcome drinks in the evening. Everything felt so fresh, modern and clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Granted me a very check-in for no cost. Extremely happy, would happily return."

"Had a great stay here for one night. The reception staff were lovely and checked me in hours before check in time and upgraded my room for free! The room was huge and had all the amenities including an iron/ironing board which is rare. It’s 5 mins from the underground too so really convenient location! Would stay here again!"

"The AC system was not working in our first room and we had to downgrade to get a smaller room that had AC. Heat wave in London did not help. Interesting that front desk person was located in a sister hotel across the street, so had to wait for them to come over to check in and then check out."
