"Great place to stay. A bit of road noise but that’s to be expected for the convenient location. Found a couple of excellent places to eat on Mills St in Bayfield. Propane tank on the fire pit was empty but it rained both evenings so didn’t request a new one. Beautiful property with ponds and creeks to fish. Catch and release only. Would definitely stay again. "

"The house was beautiful. Amenities were well kept. Location is perfect. Plenty of resting space (slept 1 couple and 3 individuals perfectly). Expectations were clear and concise. Communication with owner was wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Will try and book again when I visit thr area in the future!"

"This was a beautiful place, perfect for unwinding and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed reading by the river while my husband did some fishing. The bed was comfortable and the tent was just the right size. Unfortunately, there was a fire ban and so we couldn’t start up a fire but we made the most of it. Overall, this was a perfect getaway!"

"Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch."

"This was the perfect getaway for our family and fur friends to escape the Texas heat for the month of July. The listing is exactly as described and the host is very responsive. We had no issues with the house or host for the entirety of our stay. The house is nice enough to not feel like you’re living in a dump, but not too nice that I was worried about my kiddos breaking things. The kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets that we needed. Easy to get to, quiet, and we enjoyed the beautiful...

" Beautiful home . Could use air conditioner. Got very warm. Several windows were broken so we couldn't open them when it did cool off. Stingy on the linens and towels "

"Most of the stay was phenomenal. I would recommend getting in an exterminator, earwigs fell on two different family members, from the ceiling, while watching tv. If we hadn't been mountain people, we may have had to vacate over it."

"This place is absolutely breathtaking! Jeff was amazing at communicating all the things we needed to know and answered any questions proptly. The rooms were comfortable, everthing was clean and the little hospitality touches throughout the house were great! Did I mention it was beautiful?! I definitely recommended staying here!!! I hope to come back someday soon!!"
