  • El apartamento es de 80 metros cuadrados, más una terraza privada de 70 metros cuadrados, 2 dormitorios, 1 baño con ducha, una sala de estar con cocina, una mesa para 6 personas y una sala de estar, una gran terraza con vista al mar equipada para comer afuera , un segundo balcón con la lavadora. El ático tiene capacidad para 4 personas y está equipado con todas las comodidades: cocina con horno, wifi, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, hervidor, lavadora, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar.
    Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas.
    Ubicado en una posición estratégica, a pocos metros de la playa e innumerables restaurantes, tiendas, bares, farmacias y tiendas típicas de Cerdeña. A 400 metros hay un gran supermercado.
    Los estacionamientos son gratuitos en los alrededores y no es difícil encontrar uno incluso en los períodos más calurosos de verano.

    La ubicación es fantástica. En 1 minuto estás en la playa. Pasando por las famosas 'ramblas' de Alghero, llegará en 5 minutos a pie hasta las murallas de la ciudad, desde donde comienza el pequeño centro histórico.

    La terraza es muy privada (no hay ningún edificio cercano) y la vista es realmente hermosa, especialmente al atardecer. El edificio está expuesto al viento por lo que nunca hace calor en el verano.
    El ático está siempre expuesto a la luz y es muy brillante.

    Los huéspedes siempre tendrán disponible una persona que estará disponible para cualquier eventualidad.

Perfect spot in Alghero

Raffaele was a super responsive host and his place was nice and comfortable with everything you need for a holiday in Alghero. He even helped us with our dinner reservations! We will be back.

Lovely penthouse apartment in a great location, a few minutes stroll to beach and supermarket. Great air conditioning which was needed during heatwave. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Lovely views. Was sorry to leave. (There is no lift so not suitable if anyone has mobility issues)

Tolle Wohnung

Traumhafte Wohnung mit super Lage in Alghero. Schöne Terrasse wo wir den Sonnenaufgang bzw. Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Die Mistentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert, dass haben wir erst im laufe der Woche durchblickt. Sonst ist alles in der Nähe (Stadt und Einkaufen).

Heerlijk appartement vlak bij zee en centrum

Wij hebben een week het penthouse gelogeerd en het was super. Ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, mooi uitzicht, vlak bij het strand en een supermarkt. Op rijafstand zijn nog andere prachtige stranden en ’s avonds lopend naar het oude centrum waar je heerlijk kunt dineren en flaneren.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful location.

Sit on the roof terrace with a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down. Fully recommend and owner very helpful.

Super Penthouse - unforgettable

The apartment is just a dream. The big terrace is lovely and during the sunset is stunning. Very bright and fresh, clean and very well furnished. 10+

Amazing!

The apartment is exactly like the photos, very modern, clean, quite large and a beautiful view. It was well equipped with everything you needed and it felt like home from home. Location was brilliant, good restaurants and coffee shop just a minutes walk away, large supermarket 5 mins and the seafront 2 mins walking. The sea is actually 70 metres from the flat, amazing! Our stay in Alghero has been fantastic. Raffaele gave us a lot of suggestions and we spent great time in his flat.

Great view of sea and rooftops

Very clean and bright apartment with high ceilings and ultra modern kitchen and bath. Huge terrace overlooking the sea and over rooftops with ample outdoor furniture. It was a l5 minute walk to Algero's center and 2 minutes walk to a beach that was not crowded. Parking was along the streets nearby and the bus one block away. There are lots of steps to the apartment ; we are in our 60's so we tried to go up and down only once or twice a day. We decided it was our exercise routine! There are plenty of restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. Alghero is a delight; don't miss the cave. We had a great stay and Raff was very accommodating.

A wonderfull home away from home!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, and the apartment lived up to expectations. Clean, spacious and well located. Raefelle was very helpfull both when we were booking and guiding us by phone, on our arrival, as our flight was delayed. Flavia was there to greet us, despite the time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment. Great location.

Fantastico

Un posto da sogno..una terrazza enorme con una vista mozzafiato, centralissima ad Alghero. La casa e' completamente ristrutturata , i mobili sono nuovi moderni e molto carini. Il terrazzo e' molto grande con una vista stupenda sul mare e su Capo Caccia. la casa e' pulitissima ed in ottimo stato.ci siamo rilassati la sera prima di cena bevendo un aperitivo in terrazza . A due passi dal centro e di fronte alla passeggiata con pista ciclabile. Il proprietario e' stato molto gentile ed educato.Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!!!

Excellent Unit!

We had a wonderful time in Alghero at this unit, enjoying a seamless holiday. The unit is wonderful, just renovated with modern and high quality furniture and services, and lot of room. The location is excellent, just minutes walking distance from the beach. At the last floor of the building it has got a large terrace with stunning views on waters and Capo Caccia, the major landmark of Alghero Coast. The landlord was discreet and helpful satisfying any needs we had. He is a local bloke and gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to dine. We will certainly come back next year!

soggiorno super ad Alghero

Posizione fantastica a un passo dal centro e dalle spiagge (raggiungibili a due minuti di passeggiata). L'appartamento (nuovissimo) è tranquillo, silenzioso e con grande terrazza privata con vista sul golfo di Alghero. Pulizia al top. Lost è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo

Sono stato benissimo, la casa è molto bella e la vista è spettacolare. I mobili. la cucina, il bagno, è tutto nuovissimo. Raffaele è una persona molto gentile e accogliente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
