"The house and property were even better than pictured! Ron and his wife have really made this lake house a home away from home. We could see the love that went into updating the property and truly appreciated all of the comfort items ready for use. The kitchen was well supplied, and we appreciated the extra large table for family meals and games. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with fresh linens. "We were in town for my father in law’s funeral and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. The house was less than a mile from my inlaw’s and 10 minutes from the church. It was clean, comfortable, and had 3 bathrooms so it wasn’t a struggle for all of us getting ready in the morning. We didn’t get to stay long and enjoy the fireplace or 4 season porch much, but we will definitely be back."

"The Lakeside Retreat is great! Cleanliness is my highest priority and it was clean! It had everything we needed and was located on such a sweet spot. The pictures do not due is justice as the space is very functional and conducive for gathering and doing different activities. We would definitely return."
