"One-star review
Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service.
During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel.
We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

"Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out."

"We liked the whole set up of the studio. It had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and had a very functional kitchenette with all the necessities. The property is close to the train station as well as to a grocery store and all the sites of the old town. The main draw back was with getting a hold of someone if you have...
