"Omid was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The linens, bedding, kitchen amenities are all high quality. I was very impressed all the way around. The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area."

"Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you! "

"My stay was amazing, clean room. Comfortable bed. Owner kept in touch , perfect area for everything i wanted to do and i would definitely come back . Everything was great !!!"

"The apartment is convenient, when you can actually get in. Nicely decorated, good location but I had to pay to park my car elsewhere.

Know in advance that this is non refundable once you book, then you will be required to go to an outside website, upload a photo of your driver license, your credit card and a current photo selfie.
