"Wow, we loved this place! Such a cozy cabin with sweet touches. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the fire and utilizing the sauna stepsaway, having pizza on the clean porch, and settling into the master which felt like we were sitting in the trees. We had such a relaxing, serene experience! "

"What a beautiful place! The rain had almost stopped when we arrived and the adorable alpacas greeted us when we drove up. And then the double rainbow appeared! Wow! What a wonderful welcome! We had such a quiet night sleep and when we woke up to the blue skies and low hangin mist in the hills. It was so hard to leave this peaceful place and the adorable alpacas!"

"The property is nestled nicely in a forested neighborhood. It was just as the pictures depicted. The only negative thing I can say is that the master bedroom bed had a bit of outdoor debris on it and in between the sheets. There was extra sheets and that was fixed quickly. It is close to many area and activities. Overall it was a good stay!"

"In a small cluster of homes. Neighbors are quiet. Woods setting is lovely and a very short drive to Salmon River trailhead. Beds need upgrading but otherwise very unpretentious and cozy."

"Not as secluded as the pics mate it appear. My fault but didn’t realize there’s no stovetop (hot plate and plug in grill sufficed though). Overall cute cabin for rustic experience. "

"Absolutely adored this place, we could not have been more pleased. Walking distance to a dog friendly coffee shop, Fernies, suspension bridge over a river, roaring river sounds in the hot tub, mountain air with a 100% true cabin experience. Lots of space for 5 adults, 13 and 3 year old. Very quiet road as well. Short driving distance to Lake Trillium and Mt. Hood. I can’t begin to express how happy I am to have found this, it was exactly what we wanted. The host was extremely communicative as...

"Lavishing in a hot tub deep in the forest alongside a clear, rushing river, flourishing rhododendron, and other flowers was the epitome of "forest bathing." It was cool, cloudy, and rainy during our stay, and we didn't care! Hot-tubbing in the rain is an exquisite experience. The home was just rustic enough to be an authentic cabin in the forest. "Pros:Very relaxing place to rest, mediate, cook and sleep with the sounds of the river and nature.Cons:The septic system its in need of urgent repairs. Toilets wont flush properly. The trophies on the walls are smelly and sad to look at.I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family."

"The cabin was very clean and updated. The hot tub was a great touch and neighborhood was very quiet. "

"We had a great stay at the Chalet! Just what we needed for a quick weekend away. It is very quiet and supplied everything we needed! We will keep this in our list and most likely plan to return! "

"Had a great time at the cabin and made a great home base for sledding at snow bunny! Clean and well stocked! I was worried about loft for kids but it’s bigger than photos look so we didn’t have any concerns/issues with them sleeping and playing up there. We will be back!"

"The cabin is very cozy and cute. The river in the background is wonderful and sounds beautiful. The beds, pillows and sheets were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. This was a nice place to stay for a spring ski trip to Mt. Hood Meadows. "
