Utopia villa and spa
The hosts were very accommodating and communication was good. The outside of the property is VERY deceiving but once inside it is beautiful and very cozy.

Cozy Cottage Across Lake Simcoe
Nice house, well renovated with all mod cons. Could use a few more creature comforts, maybe some board games - there wasn't so much as a pack of cards. The listing is slightly ambiguous and could leave you thinking it's a lakefront property if you don't scrutinize the photos. It is across "the street ...
