"The hospitality was just amazing. Came in to find a bottle of wine, then the minibar was free. They brought wine and made the beds and topped up coffee pods for Turn down service. The room was beautiful, took a deluxe room with a balcony overviewing the street with trams. The bathroom and amenities were just great. Walking distance to everything. We love it!"

"This my 3rd stay there. The location an property are perfect. The staff are all top notch, a great concergie. Breakfast is my favorite in Lisbon. Wonderful spa an indoor pool, large enough for laps. Roof top hot tub. The front desk is very accommodating, early check in if possible, an a perfect room for my needs. I use a cane. Stay there you will not be disappointed."

"Hotel was beautiful and clean but what stood out to me was the staff - very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Johanna right at check-in at the registration desk, gave us lots of useful information, recommendations based on our plans, and even helped making some reservations for us. The location is great that one can walk to the old town and attractions, tons of restaurant choices nearby and close to water. I would love to stay there again if we visit Lisbon again. Best, Anis"
