"We rented this house because of a loved one’s funeral. It allowed us a place to relax and visit with extended family without overwhelming the immediate family. It was close to our family who lived in Albion. It was very clean, the owner communicated well, and is across the street from an Italian restaurant we enjoyed a couple times. "

"Very nice spacious house, it was perfect for us for a weekend family stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! "

"The Enchanted Forest and the LakeMy sister and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely period lakefront cottage nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Erie. Not only does it have its own beach access and a dramatic view of the lake, but less than a five-minute walk down the road is a delightful beach mini-park with a pavilion, picnic tables, playground, and beach—ideal for families.There are lake views from a large deck and a charming second-floor balcony. "There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. "

"Great place! Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived and the host was very responsive and accommodating. More than enough room for us and perfectly situated to enjoy easy access to everything from fishing, beaches and shopping. Will 100% be my first choice for future trips!"
