"The driveway and the stairs to the boat house/dock are very steep and of concern if problems with mobility/balance. There is only 1 tv."

"The cabin was clean and cozy. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect. A few hooks on the wall to hang a robe or wet towels would be a great addition. "

"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). She called the power company and it was back on within 30 minutes. We also requested...

"The house on the lake was perfect for our family. It was a quiet area to just relax and play in the water. The private dock was a good area to fish off of, or to just jump in and float around. This is definitely a place we want to visit again. "

"I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property"

"We loved this place! We've stayed down the road before, but we were looking for a better dock - this was the winner! Amazing - all the nieces and nephew's loved it.A small housekeeping glitch upon arrival through no fault of their own, but the hosts more than took care of it.Neighbors are good as well and we'll definitely be back."

"Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Also made it to Muscle Shoals studio."

"What a wonderful stay!! We couldn't believe the location, the gorgeously decorated rooms, or the easy, comfortable rambling flow of the home. Porches were everywhere- both enclosed and open with super-easy access to the piers where the men in our clan fished happily all day, and the children swam and played in the water where we could see them from the house. Meals were easy for our group of 8 in the open kitchen and Dining Patio. All of us left rested and content saying we'd come back next year...
