The event center was a life saver when it came to occupying children in between fishing and kayaking. The house itself was great but there were a few things missing. "Before you book, this is an older cabin, so be aware and don’t judge it for being older. It’s cozy and comfortable. Of course it needs some fixing here and there, but what doesn’t? "Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Also made it to Muscle Shoals studio."

"Loved the location. The ease of using the property which is right on the water. We were able to take our kayaks out back and fish right out there. We think we found our new secret fishing spot. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The only disappointment was that the fire pit was not safe to use and we avoided using it. It was a great birthday weekend for my wife. "
